Samantha has been teaching internationally for eight years. She specialises in teaching active spinal movement, learned under the guidance of internationally renowned master teachers. Samantha uses knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help students cultivate stability and movement and is able to work with people recovering from injury. Having lived in Sri Lanka for almost a decade, she was regularly quoted as being the best yoga teacher on the island. She also ran her own rooftop yoga school and hosted sold-out retreats and workshops. Samantha is not precious about yoga but she is passionate about it. Most of all she is deeply committed to helping her students understand more about what they are doing and why so that they can ultimately come to trust themselves enough to become their own best teacher.
