In this workshop I want to dispel the idea that you need to go and do special classes or exercises for your core strength. I want to show you how you can use your core muscles well in a normal yoga class.
I will teach you how to have your tummy muscles activate without you needing to think about it. This is called creating postural firmness. I will show you postures that will firm your tummy without you needing to try.
Because you need to put less effort into activating the tummy muscles (they will switch on naturally) you can free yourself up to try to feel relaxed and breathe naturally.
I admit, it sounds a little too good to be true. But it's not. Come along and see!
